Products & Prices

The ‘products’ at Dinnr.co is thematic dinners hosted in homes by private Hosts (events). The topic of the dinners and food profile of the dinner is described here

All Dinner seats/tickets cost 350 dkr. (app. 50$) incl. tax. There is no shipping/delivery cost/fee, as the product is an event where the customer shows up.

Bookings

When you book a dinner at Dinnr.co you can pay via Credit cards, MobilePay, ApplePay or Google Pay.

A payment provider: Quickpay will reserve/hold your money until after the dinner, where the amount is transferred to Dinnr.co Aps. You will receive a receipt/booking confirmation via email and can access it from your My Profile page when logged in.

If a dinner is canceled, we will cancel your order and not charge your credit card. If a dinner is moved/postponed by a host, you will be offered to attend on the new date – or cancel your reservation.

Refund Policy

If a dinner is canceled we cancel your reservation and no money will be charged from your credit card.

If you get prevented from participating in a dinner we refund your payment up to 14 days before the dinner. Closer to the event we offer no refund of your payment.

If you are prevented from participating in a booked Dinner, please notify the Host via the contact form on the event found on Dinners – send an email to info@dinnr.co – and forward your order confirmation email and mobile number.

Late or missing refund

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
